Qian (Helen) Liu,

Registered Massage Therapist

Helen Liu began her professional journey in the clothing design industry after studying fashion design at university for three years. Her passion for helping others eventually led her to pursue a new path in health and wellness. She earned her Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Pharma Medical Science College of Canada in July 2023 and became a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO in April 2024.

Since becoming an RMT, Helen has continued to expand her skill set through specialized training in hot stone massage, myofascial cupping therapy, Thai massage, and prenatal massage. She also brings expertise in both deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques.

Whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, support during pregnancy, or simply a moment of relaxation, Helen customizes each treatment to meet your individual needs—helping you leave every session feeling restored and rejuvenated.

Patricia graduated in 2021 with honors from triOS College Kitchener. Became a proud member of the CMTO in 2024 after completing the College entry requirements.  Patricia became an RMT to help treat those who are in pain. Patricia has studied and obtained a vast knowledge of the human body and how it functions. She uses this information to tailor a customized treatment plan so clients can obtain optimal body function. Patricia takes a client centered approach focusing on the needs and wants of each client. She specializes in relaxation and addresses deeper tissues issues as they arise. When not practicing massage Patricia enjoys spending time with friends and family especially her grandchildren. Patricia is also an avid motorcycle enthusiast. She enjoys going for a ride every chance she gets. She is also a proud committee member of the Desiree's Angels. She is also the Logistic Coordinator for the charity ride for Desiree. Patricia spends many hours volunteering her time to charity to help support victims of crime.

Alexander (Alex) Mantle,

Registered Massage Therapist

Alex is a graduate of the Mohawk College Massage Therapy Program as well a Lakehead University Graduate of their Kinesiology program. Through his years in education, he has learned that proper assessment and testing will allow him to prescribe the most effective treatment plans to each of his clients. His passion for anatomy and physical well-being were key factors in his decision to become an RMT. After receiving massage treatments himself for his own injuries, Alex's focus was to help others with their own health concerns, both physically and mentally, allowing his clients to lead fuller, healthier lives. Alex performs the optimal treatments according to each of his clients' specific needs. He includes a wide variety of modalities including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage.

Dr. Darius completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences in 2019. He is a full spine and extremity Chiropractor. In his first year of practice, he lived and worked in Colorado before returning home to Ontario. In Colorado, he treated many athletes (weekend warriors), military, and general public to help them achieve their health care goals. His goal for any patient is to provide them with a better understanding of the reason they are in pain and to give them the tools to help them self-manage their injury/pains at home.

Some major components of Dr. Darius’ treatment include the chiropractic manual adjustment and rehab exercises. He also incorporates the use of instrument assisted adjusting, instrument assisted/trigger point soft tissue therapies, cupping and contemporary medical acupuncture as other forms of treatment based on the patient’s needs.

In his free time Dr. Darius participates in outdoor activities and sports such as skiing, basketball, hiking/camping, and also enjoys taking his dog out on outdoor adventures.

Dr. Arezou Roostapour, DC is a licensed chiropractor committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care. She is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and a former competitive swimmer for 15 years, which gives her a strong understanding of athletic performance, injury prevention, and the physical demands placed on active individuals.
 
Dr. Roostapour has also provided sideline medical coverage for OPDL and League1 Ontario soccer teams, working closely with athletes to support recovery and safe return to play. She treats patients of all ages and focuses on helping individuals move better, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their daily activities.
 
Her treatment approach is integrated and personalized, combining chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, IASTM, and individualized rehabilitation exercises. She is also trained in Medical Neurofunctional Acupuncture, including electro-acupuncture, through McMaster University, which can be used to help reduce pain, improve muscle function, and support recovery.
 
Dr. Roostapour’s goal is simple: provide clear diagnosis, effective treatment, and help patients stay active, healthy, and confident in their movement.

Susan Lynn Brandridge,

Certified Reflexologist

Susan Lynn’s transformation from her corporate career into the Health and Wellness world was a natural transition. Driven by her hunger for knowledge, a desire of helping others, and a better understanding of the wisdom of her ancestors, Susan Lynn’s path led her to Reflexology and becoming a Registered Reflexology Practitioner (RRPr). As Susan Lynn saw the impact that this ancient modality had on the betterment of her clients, she searched for more ways to assist them with their quests for better health and wellness. She has added to her repertoire by studying (Ayurvedic) Indian Head Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy (CAHP) and certification in Yoga (CYT 250). Susan Lynn’s passion is to share her knowledge and insight with others on their journey toward Health, Wellness and Balance.
