Sydney Coughlin, Registered Massage Therapist

Sydney Coughlin is a registered massage therapist from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. She graduated with honors from the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Eastern College and is a member of the Massage Therapist’s Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). Her passion for health and wellness inspired her to pursue a career in massage therapy, where she believes the holistic approach to treating health and injury is crucial for overall well-being. Sydney looks forward to assisting clients in achieving their short-term and long-term health goals. She is trained in general Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, active and passive stretching techniques, and hydrotherapy.

Noah Stoddart, Registered Massage Therapist

Noah Stoddart is a Registered Massage Therapist from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. He graduated from the Eastern College Massage Therapy Program in 2018 and started his career as an RMT in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Noah is known for being friendly, chatty, and professional, but he also recognizes when it's time to focus on the task at hand. He brings a sympathetic ear, a great personality, and healing hands to his practice, using moderate to deep pressure to provide therapeutic remedies in a relaxing setting. Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending his downtime reading, writing, playing games, and appreciating the fresh air.

Sophia Gatez, Registered Massage Therapist

Sophia Gatez is a 2023 graduate of ICT Northumberland College in Halifax. She employs a therapeutic approach to treatments and received the award for Clinical Excellence and Professionalism upon graduation, reflecting her strong clinical standards. Known for her adaptability to clients' needs, Sophia enjoys utilizing myofascial techniques and joint mobilizations, focusing on improving the quality of movement and tissue health for her clients. During her studies, she pursued additional training and is now certified in Cupping Massage. This experience sparked her interest in the role of connective tissue and its influence on both the mind and body. Sophia's massage style ranges from moderate to deep pressure, often following the body’s lines of tension to help resolve soft-tissue limitations and discomfort. She customizes each treatment plan to meet individual needs and is intentional about creating a comfortable environment for her clients while supporting them in their short-term and long-term health goals. Sophia is eager to assist clients on their wellness journeys. 

Shayla Russell, Registered Massage Therapist

Shayla Russell is a recent graduate of the Eastern College Massage Therapy program, where she earned Honors. From a young age, Shayla discovered her innate passion for healing and helping others, which led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. This field allows her to combine her natural inclination for empathy and care with the science and art of bodywork. Throughout her budding career, Shayla has developed a particular interest in working with clients who are facing chronic illnesses. These individuals often encounter unique challenges that require a specialized approach to massage therapy. Shayla is passionate about various techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and home care. Her journey as a Registered Massage Therapist, focused on chronic illnesses and deep tissue work, is driven by her genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, just as it has impacted her own. Alex Wallace, Registered Massage Therapist

Alex Wallace is a graduate of Eastern College whose mission is to ensure client satisfaction through treatments tailored to meet individual needs. He specializes in relaxation and deep tissue Swedish massage, offering benefits for both relaxation and rehabilitation. His focus is on helping clients decrease pain, relax muscles, reduce stress, improve immune function, and increase range of motion, all while enhancing their overall sense of well-being. Stephanie Doucette, Registered Massage Therapist

Stephanie Doucette is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2025. With a background in Human Services and Personal Training, she brings a unique and intuitive approach to care, creating a calming and welcoming environment for her clients. Her practice emphasizes working with the nervous system to encourage deep relaxation rather than against it. Stephanie has a particular interest in myofascial release, cupping therapy, and wellness-focused treatments. Guided by a holistic perspective, she views the body as an interconnected system, addressing the whole rather than focusing on a single area of discomfort. Outside of her practice, Stephanie enjoys spending time in nature and exploring her creative side. She is passionate about lifelong learning and growth; always seeking to expand her skills and deepen the care she offers her clients. 

Kennedy Boutilier, Registered Massage

Kennedy Boutilier is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with distinction from the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College, Halifax Campus, in 2023. She has experience treating clients with various conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, and injuries from motor vehicle accidents. Kennedy specializes in deep tissue massage and is trained in cupping and hot stone therapy. Her top priority is client care and well-being, ensuring that each client feels comfortable and has a clear understanding of what each treatment will involve. By combining technical expertise with a compassionate approach, she tailors each session to meet individual needs. Outgoing and professional, Kennedy takes great pride in building strong relationships with her clients. She looks forward to welcoming new clients and supporting them in achieving their health and wellness goals.

David Simpson, Registered Massage Therapist

David Simpson is a dedicated massage therapist with a unique and inspiring journey. Raised on a farm in Saskatchewan, he developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community early in life. His sense of adventure and commitment to service led him to sail the Atlantic with the Royal Canadian Navy, an experience that shaped his resilience and broadened his perspective. In 2025, David graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, where he honed his skills in therapeutic and relaxation-focused treatments. He is passionate about providing personalized care in calming, client-centered environments, helping individuals restore balance and well-being. In addition to his work as a therapist, David is an active community volunteer, serving with St. John Ambulance as a Medical First Responder. Through both his professional endeavors and volunteer efforts, he consistently demonstrates a deep commitment to health, care, and service. 

Luc Gionet, Registered Massage Therapist

Luc Gionet graduated from the Eastern College Massage Therapy Program in 2025, where he developed skills in Swedish massage therapy and learned the techniques necessary for safe and effective treatments. He believes that massage is an integral part of a holistic health plan, tailored to meet each person's individual treatment needs. Outside of his professional pursuits, Luc enjoys baking, spending time in the sun, and caring for his two dogs. He looks forward to being part of his clients' healing journeys.

Carrie Smith, Registered Massage Therapist

Carrie Smith is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with distinction in 2021. Committed to supporting the balance and wellness of body, mind, and spirit, she adopts a holistic and client-centered approach to care. With additional training in cupping therapy, TMJ therapy, Indie Head Massage and Myofascial Release, Carrie integrates a variety of techniques to relieve pain, restore mobility, and promote overall well-being. Whether addressing chronic pain, aiding in injury recovery, or providing restorative relaxation, she tailors every treatment to foster healing and enhance mobility. Passionate about lifelong learning and compassionate care, Carrie strives to create a safe, calming environment where clients can restore both their bodies and minds. Outside of the clinic, Carrie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cats, as well as engaging in activities such as reading, hiking, and kayaking—pursuits that reflect her belief in maintaining balance and connection with nature.
