A graduate of Oxford College’s Massage Therapy program, Paul has developed strong clinical skills rooted in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
Paul is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and adheres to the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and ethical care. Christine is a former financial planner, having obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University. Several years ago, she decided to leave her secure job at a major financial institution in order to move back to her hometown of Hamilton, Ontario, where she went back to school full-time to study massage therapy at Mohawk College. Christine's goal while treating, is to provide the appropriate techniques to encourage improvement of body mechanics and quality of life, whether it be by promoting relaxation, or alleviating pain and discomfort caused by stress, or injury. Steve graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College in 2014. A former semi pro hockey player and with family ties to the Toronto Blue Jays, sports and injury recovery have always been a large part of his focus.
He has worked in some of Canada’s best high-end spas, local clinics and multi-disciplinary clinics and obtained many modalities along the way. Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Infant Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping and many more.
Passionate about health and wellness, Steve became the lead instructor of the Massage Therapy program at Pacific Coastal College in Vancouver. He is focused on ensuring his clients receive the best treatment possible in a comfortable environment.

Pina discovered an interest in the potential of healing our bodies through Reflexology -a modality of using pressure on reflex points on the foot to promote healing. A Certified and Licenced Practitioner since 2014, her interest in the growing scientific research and development of Reflexology and its benefits has led to the continued training honing skills and knowledge in areas of Auto-Immune disease, treatment of pain, reflexology and movement, studying with lead Instructors from Europe. Pina provides treatment sessions to clients with varying needs, from stress to chronic pain and disease, supporting their path of healing and relaxation through their feet. In 2017, Pina embraced the opportunity to teach at a College level; creating curriculum content and facilitating student practicum, helping to prepare future Reflexology Practitioners to provide holistic and comprehensive service. Pina taught over 50 students, monitored over 300 case participants and reviewed over 2,500 case studies. Pina remains dedicated to the profession and her clients and engages in wellness events and collaborations with her peers. Pina believes and promotes that the hour of silence during a reflexology treatment session is the most productive.
