Ya Chih (Anne) Tai,

Registered Massage Therapist

Anne is a graduate of triOS College, where she earned her Massage Therapy diploma with Distinction and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). With a Bachelor of Science and a diverse background in retail, business, education, science, and aquatics, she brings a unique perspective to her practice.

Her decision to pursue massage therapy came after overcoming a frozen shoulder condition in her 20s. The healing experience inspired Anne to help others on their wellness journeys. 

Anne is passionate about continuous learning and will incorporate new tested techniques into her treatments. Her approach is personalized, focusing on relieving pain, reducing stress, improving circulation, and promoting deep relaxation.

She has worked in both spa and clinic settings and has learned both types of therapies are beneficial to our health.  She dedicates time to build treatment plans that are best suited for the client’s conditions or chief complaint(s). Overall, she believes in good communication and listening to her clients needs because it allows her to provide a treatment that their body and soul needs. She appreciates client’s feedback as it helps her grow and improve her skills.

Michelle is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy Cambridge campus. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Michelle has been registered with the province of Ontario since 2014. Michelle is very dedicated and passionate about what she does in her work as a Registered Massage Therapist. She strongly believes massage is a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.

Michelle is certified in hot stone massage since 2014. Her focus is a therapeutic treatment consisting of General Swedish massage techniques which assist with helping decrease pain, reduce stress and help to minimize headaches; while improving range of motion, increasing circulation, improving tissue health and promoting overall health and wellness. She has an interest in upper back/neck issues, Pre-natal massage and low back concerns including sacroiliac joint dysfunction and sciatica.

Licensed Chiropractor

Dr. Heather Voisin graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2006. She chose Chiropractic because she wanted to help people achieve better overall health and well-being after finding relief from headaches through Chiropractic care she received. Prior to Chiropractic College, Dr. Heather graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor in Kinesiology with a focus on sciences. Dr. Heather was born and raised in Kitchener and knew it was where she wanted to serve her community while raising her family. She and her husband Dr. Jim Aru have 3 kids and understand the importance of chiropractic care for their entire family to achieve optimal health.

Learning about these techniques empowered her to improve her own health and inspired her to help others, who may not have been able to find a solution to their health challenges.

She feels strongly that Traditional  Chinese Medicine techniques can be very effective in helping to manage various health difficulties. Chinese Medicine is focused on bringing oneself back into balance, which is something many people can benefit from.
