Arshjot Grewal,

Registered Massage Therapist

I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) committed to delivering evidence-informed care to support clients in achieving optimal physical function and overall well-being. My clinical experience includes working with elderly clients, prenatal and youth populations, tailoring each treatment to meet individual needs and health goals.

My practice integrates a range of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, and remedial exercise prescription. These approaches are applied to address muscle tension, postural imbalances, restricted range of motion, and pain management related to both acute and chronic conditions.

I place a strong emphasis on assessment-based treatment planning, client education, and collaboration to promote recovery and prevent reoccurrence of dysfunction. Each session is designed to enhance mobility, reduce discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

My goal is to provide a safe, professional, and client-centered environment where treatment decisions are guided by clinical reasoning, respect, and the highest standards of practice within the massage therapy profession.

Saud Malakhail,

R. Ac

Saud is a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac) who has a passion for helping and treating people. He strongly believes that Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine can help with almost anything. With a background of Bachelor’s in Life Science from McMaster University, he was always keen on learning more about the body and wanted to help treat others.

What intrigued him about studying this ancient medicine is the ability to bring the body back into balance. He focuses not only on the symptoms at hand but will address the root of your health issues by using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, he believes that Acupuncture can not only be used to treat but can be used as preventative medicine.

He has helped people suffering from a variety of conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, sciatica, peripheral neuropathy, MSK-related pain and injuries, and more. His positive energy can be seen through his treatments.

Saud is very meticulous when it comes to coming up with a diagnosis, using advanced methods that he studied after graduating like Pulse Diagnosis Biofeedback and Balancing. He also uses advanced methods when it comes to treating, like Korean Meridian Style Acupuncture, Yin-Yang balancing, Four Needle technique, and the Balance Method. These unique methods which he has studied with his mentors provide instantaneous relief.

By combining Acupuncture with other modalities like cupping, moxa, guasha, auricular acupuncture, and Diet/Lifestyle counseling, he is able to help people restore their health back to balance. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Basketball, reading, watching movies, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Donovan Jacko,

R. Ac

Donovan is a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Donovan has a very calm approach to his treatments, and is persistent in providing the optimal environment to gain all the benefits from treatment. Through the use of cupping, gua sha skin-scraping, tui na massage, and auricular acupuncture, all modalities will help to improve the body's natural healing abilities and promote physical and mental well-being.
