Andrew Abe, Registered Massage Therapist
Obtained his Massage Therapy diploma from Kikkawa College, with honours, he is trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping and sports massage.
Prior to working as a Massage Therapist, Andrew studied at York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He has also spent over 10 years working with brain injury patients, as well as working with autistic children in classrooms. He also has clinical experience working as a Physiotherapy Assistant.
Amina Wong, Registered Massage Therapist
Registered Massage Therapist and is also a TCM Registered Acupunturist with their respective associations. She also studied Lymphatic Drainage Therapy I,II,III and an advance level in USA.
With her over 10 years of knowledge and experience, the clinic has packed with a great deal of potential for the clients.
She is a specialist in performing therapeutic deep tissue massage, Shiatsu, cupping massage, relaxation treatment and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy I & II. By using this training, her forte in the area of treating stiff neck, sciatica, internal injury, rehabilitation of post injury after surgery cases has become a welcoming specialty for clients. She has dealt with effectiveness in client’s headaches (Migraines type) brought about by emotional disturbances and this also includes stress, depression ,anxiety and insomnia.

Marie McCrae, Registered Massage Therapist
Marie is a person passionate about providing care through massage therapy and helping clients on their journey to better health and healing. She graduated from D’Arcy Lane Institute in 1995 and began practicing at a multi-disciplined clinic. From there she went to chiropractic offices, has provided on-site massage at events and for companies, and later joined Massage Addict. Marie incorporates seated massage in a number of her treatment plans for clients during pregnancy, have vertigo or severe sinus concerns, and as an alternate approach for clients that can be very effective to help with their concerns. Swedish massage is her primary modality, but she may utilize deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, joint mobilization, lymphatic drainage, Reiki (level 1) and cupping in her treatments. She also provides hot stone massage to clients. She is friendly and genuine in her desire to help clients achieve their health goals.

Regine Bogle, Registered Massage Therapist
Regine earned her diploma in Health, Wellness, and Fitness from Mohawk College in Hamilton in 2016. She furthered her studies in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech in Oshawa, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in 2019. Before embarking on her journey to become a massage therapist, Regine gained valuable experience working as a Physiotherapist Assistant.
Returning to Mohawk College, Regine pursued her Massage Therapy diploma, honing her skills in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. With a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and rehabilitation, she provides exceptional care for her clients.

Sydney Austin, Registered Massage Therapist
Sydney is a registered Massage Therapist, with experience working in multidisciplinary clinical settings. She has a wide range of knowledge and practical skills that she implements in her space. She's passionate about patient care and sharing her knowledge of remedial exercise, stretches and homecare when needed. She ensures patients goals are met when possible and advises referrals when necessary.
Belinda T, Registered Massage Therapist
Belinda is a member of the CMTO and has been in good standing since 2009. She has worked in spas, multidisciplinary clinics, long term/retirement homes and private settings. Belinda believes that massage is an integral part of wellbeing for all ages, whether combined with other modalities, or solely for general relaxation to reduce muscle tension and anxiety. After having children herself she has taken a special interest in prenatal and post natal education and massage. Having successfully completed the Ontario PSW certification program she has also taken special interest in senior and palliative care.
Patrick A. Forte, Registered Massage Therapist
Patrick was called to the massage therapy profession while working as a holistic nutritionist at a naturopathic clinic. He studied at Sutherland Chan, graduated in 2009 and is a certified Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Relaxation techniques are at the core of his treatments; “to achieve any specific goal the tissue needs to be relaxed”. His holistic approach to massage therapy intends to promote overall well being.

What are your areas of speciality?
Conditions and injuries associated with the head, neck, and TMJ. Sports injuries related to the shoulders and ankle/foot. Complex pain presentations associated with stress and insomnia.
What is your approach to treatment?
My treatments promote relaxation and functionality. My approach involves engaging the nervous system and getting a comprehensive outlook on your lifestyle habits through the intake. My goal is to treat the root cause of your pain and treat it, not just your symptoms.

Multisensory integration, breathwork, active release techniques, joint mobilization, cupping therapy, therapeutic exercise.

I completed my degree in Social Sciences at McMaster University. Shortly after I finished my post-graduate designation in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College before I pursued my Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). I graduated with honours and was awarded with special distinction in sports massage and hospital placements (stroke and acquired brain injuries).
I have worked extensively as a Massage Therapist for a variety of competitive teams and events, such as the: Swimming Canada Olympic Trials, Boston Marathon, Volleyball Canada National Championships, Athletics Canada NACAC Championships, Durham Parasport Games, Scotiabank Waterfront Marathon, and the International Invitational Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition. Outside of massage therapy, I’ve also volunteered at track & field events as a Minor Official for Athletics Ontario, Sports Performance Testing for the Canadian Sports Institute of Ontario, and Medical Volunteer/ Sport First Responder for the London Summer Games. I treat a diverse group of patients of all ages and abilities. I also work with high profile athletes, public figures, and celebrities on a seasonal basis and when they visit the city, which fuels my passion for delivering premium clinical experiences.
Outside of work, I am passionate about travelling to beach destinations, fitness for longevity, skin care and beauty, and keeping up with advancements and trends in the wellness industry.
