Chris is a Massage therapist as well a former personal trainer and conditioning coach who specializes in soft tissue manipulation of chronic pain injuries. He has been practicing for over 9 years and his specialties include Sacroiliac lower back pain, Sciatica, Tendonitis, strains and many other chronic pain and injury conditionsWith his 15 years of exercise experience and work with young athletes he provides reliable goal based treatment planning and home care that work effectively.

Logan, a graduate of ICT Northumberland College and a member of MTANS, has an interest in treating a wide range of issues including chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS). Logan has a background in strength and conditioning with training from Algonquin College and is interested in helping clients improve their sports performance by increasing muscle length and range of motion and decreasing adhesions. His commitment to assisting clients to achieve pain relief is evident in the individualized care he provides, altering his pressure from light to deep tissue techniques based on the client’s needs or preferences. She skillfully combines Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to provide comforting and therapeutic treatments that are uniquely customized for a healing experience. Her primary objective is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage, aiming for long-term pain relief through tissue balance. Grounded in General Swedish Techniques, Angela is skilled with myofascial release and deep tissue work but also approaches her practice holistically. Dr. Mikaila Patrick (She/Her),

BScK, DC, Chiropractor

Dr. Mikaila Patrick is originally from Oakville, Ontario where her background in competitive sports sparked a strong interest in the human body. Regular chiropractic care during her years as an athlete inspired her to pursue a career in the profession.

Dr. Mikaila earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with distinction from Dalhousie University, where her interest in movement, rehab and patient care grew. After graduation, she worked at a local chiropractic clinic, where witnessing the impact of chiropractic care firsthand inspired her to take the next step. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. 

Dr. Mikaila uses a variety of treatment techniques including education, soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, manipulations, ergonomic assessments and individualized exercise programming. She is passionate about both treating musculoskeletal injuries while also preventing their recurrence. 

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mikaila enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking, spending time with friends and family and exploring the beautiful province of Nova Scotia.

After graduation, she worked at a local chiropractic clinic, where witnessing the impact of chiropractic care firsthand inspired her to take the next step. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. 

Dr. Mikaila uses a variety of treatment techniques including education, soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, manipulations, ergonomic assessments and individualized exercise programming. She is passionate about both treating musculoskeletal injuries while also preventing their recurrence. 

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mikaila enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking, spending time with friends and family and exploring the beautiful province of Nova Scotia.

Christie Ragan (She/Her),

Christie is a compassionate practitioner who graduated from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bedford, NS. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies with a major in psychology from Cape Breton University. With a strong focus on mental health, Christie integrates her background in trauma-informed therapy into her acupuncture practice.
 
Working through her own fear of needles, Christie has become particularly skilled with techniques and methods to help clients with similar fears. Her gentle and effective approach ensure that even the most needle-averse individuals feel at ease during treatments.
 
Christie specializes in addressing conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, acute and chronic pain, and IBS. Her empathetic approach, combined with her extensive training, ensures that every client feels comfortable and supported throughout their treatment. Maggie was born and raised in small town Lindsay, Ontario, and moved to Halifax in 2017. She graduated from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Diploma of Acupuncture in 2021. She previously graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 2015. Maggie has had a long time fascination with body mechanics, and is a natural problem solver. She focuses on gentle needling techniques to minimize potential discomfort and maximize healing. She believes that comfort and relaxation are an important part of any treatment. Maggie can treat a variety of conditions and has particular interest using acupuncture to help relieve chronic pain, stress and anxiety, digestive issues, and menstrual irregularities. Maggie’s aim for every client is to help them live their best life! Maggie is a member in good standing with ATCMANS.
