Amber Maric,
Registered Massage Therapist
Amber is a mother of 2 girls, a former boxer and a former fitness instructor.
She became an RMT a little bit by accident. Her life and interest for as long as she can remember was the human body. It started as an interest in fitness which led her to a career in fitness instruction and time at the University of Manitoba in the Physical Education department. Two years into her degree she knew it wasn't the right fit. Amber wanted to connect with people in a way the athletic therapy degree wouldn't allow. As fate would have it, she wound up working with a student studying massage therapy in 2000. She found her niche; A way to incorporate her interest and fascination with the human body with her love of human connection. 23 years later, massage therapy has been her work and remains the thing she loves to do and share everyday.
Friends and family are Amber’s everything. She takes joy in simple things, loves to vintage shop, and every year travels overseas with her family to reconnect, and other times, to adventure a little and experience the world.
Amber will be starting with Massage Addict-St Vital mid-May 2025, and can’t wait to treat you!

Jessica Lynn Mendoza,
Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica Lynn Mendoza, RMT is a 2024 graduate of Evolve College of Massage Therapy, and was also the recipient of the 2024 Massage Addict – Excellence in Massage Therapy award! She went through the athletic therapy program and found herself being drawn to manual therapy techniques compared to the other modalities that can be used for treatment. She found it very fascinating to see the body adapt to the basic massage techniques that she was taught during her program, so she decided to make the switch and solely focus on learning more about manual therapy. After studying the body for nearly eight years, she wanted to help individuals by easing their pain through the art of massage. Her goals moving forward would be to offer more treatment based sessions as well as focusing and emphasizing on women’s health. She would like to specialize in lymphatic drainage and to help educate the community especially with the female body and the changes it goes through.
Her experience in customer service has helped her strengthen her professional persona and has allowed her to separate it from her personal life. Although the customer service experience sets her apart, being an athletic therapy transfer has helped her increase the depth of her knowledge as a massage therapist.
Jessica Lynn is excited for her career as a RMT and to continue furthering her education within the field.

Lyndsey Ramos,
Massage Student
Lyndsey is observant, patient and empathetic, and chose massage therapy because she wanted to do something that involved helping people. Massage therapy came up as an option and as she did more research into the industry, the more interested and excited she was to learn more.
In her (very limited) spare time, Lyndsey loves to read and tries to stay as active as possible. Lyndsey will graduate from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in June 2026.
She is at Massage Addict-St Vital Tuesday evenings, Thursday and Sunday mornings, and can’t wait to meet you!
Kirk Bombio,
Massage Student
Welcome our newest student, Kirk!
Kirk is very attentive to small details and body language and stays calm under pressure. Kirk enjoys helping people feel better physically and mentally, and remains curious about how the body works.
Why massage therapy?
Kirk wants to help people reduce pain, stress, and tension naturally. He is fascinated by how the muscles, nervous system, and fascia all work together. Kirk likes the idea of combining science with hands-on care to make a real difference in someone’s well-being. It feels meaningful and practical at the same time.
In Kirk’s spare time, he loves to go to the gym and stay active. He’s usually listening to music, or spending time with his friends or family.
Kirk’s treatment style focuses on sports massage, deep tissue and relaxation, and will be with us on Friday and Saturday mornings starting March 6th.
We will be cheering Kirk on at his graduation from Wellington College in June 2026!
